(50% payment required at the start, remaining 50% due at closing)

• ⦿ Manage all documents and contracts from the accepted offer to the closing including the purchase & sale agreement, appraisal, condo documents, extensions, repair addenda, lender forms and mortgage commitment.
• ⦿ Manage the transaction by coordinating directly with clients, agents, attorneys, lenders, appraisers and vendors.
• ⦿ Schedule necessary appointments such as appraisals, home inspections, fire marshal visits, meter readings and septic inspections.
• ⦿ Keep all parties updated throughout the process with regular follow-ups and real-time status updates via email.

 We provide entry, stay on-site, and secure the property upon completion.

Miscellaneous Services

• ⦿ Lockbox maintenance including replacing missing keys.
• ⦿ Notary signature collection.
